We are looking for a Finance & Contract Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible IN OUR HQ NEAR FRANKFURT AM MAIN, GERMANY
Task description: 

As Finance & Contract Manager you are responsible for the financial and contractual management of our projects. Specific tasks include:

Project acquisition

  • Develop and provide internal calculations and financial proposals on time
  • Cooperate closely with Consultants in the tendering phase to gather all relevant data
  • Analyse profitability
  • Read and analyse Terms of References and drafted contracts from the Client
  • Support in the creation of pre-bid agreements with partners
  • Deal, in cooperation with our tax advisor, with tax-relevant issues in the project country

Project implementation

  • Prepare and finalise contracts with freelancers, project-based employees and partner companies
  • Provide day-to-day project backstopping regarding financial and contractual issues
  • Set-up and manage projects in our internal ERP system
  • Monitor and analyse profitability of projects, including budget monitoring
  • Provide trainings to local accountants in our internal accounting software


  • Support the Financial Director with strategic advises on optimising internal process
  • Support our ongoing regionalisation process
  • Good understandings of accounting and basic knowledge of taxes
  • Very good Excel knowledge
  • Business fluent in English and French
  • Affinity to work with IT systems (ERP, accounting software)
  • Very good communication skills, in particular in terms of providing trainings on skype or on-site
  • Basic knowledge of the donor-based business in international cooperation
