GOPA Infra's Integrated Management System QSHE

Quality Management

Meeting customer requirements through continuous quality improvement is our highest priority. We consider quality control and assurance to be an integral part of our services and day-to-day business. To this end, GOPA Infra has established a Quality Management System (QMS) that includes methods and tools to ensure a consistently high level of quality in technical and consulting services, while effective risk management enables the monitoring and control of all key performance parameters.

Our control and assurance procedures are tailored to the specific needs of our business areas and are based on the following principles:

  • High customer satisfaction,
  • Required competence,
  • Targeted innovation,
  • Continuous and permanent improvements, and
  • Compliance with requirements.

Since January 2019, GOPA Infra has been applying a Quality Management System certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The QMS includes a set of "standard operating procedures" to be applied to each project, such as integrating the project into the corporate structures, quality management processes and information flow, which in turn ensures:

  • Smooth operations at all levels: from company-wide processes to short-term project tasks;
  • Provide projects with quality resources as and when needed;
  • Robust quality management within each project; and
  • Assist projects to learn from the best practices described in the QMS document library.

However, the QMS does not prescribe a single project management model suitable for all projects, as this would limit creativity. Instead, each project is set up, staffed and managed in a manner appropriate to the project, with standard operating procedures to ensure that quality is consistently maintained across all projects.

Environmental / Occupational Health & Safety Management

Engineering projects involve significant environmental and occupational health & safety risks - for the company's employees, the individual project stakeholders and the entire project landscape.

To counteract or prevent these risks, GOPA Infra develops strategies and standards, establishes internal control tools and defines parameters that help identify and manage such risks in order to continuously improve environmental/occupational health & safety. Consequently, we expect affiliates, subcontractors and other business partners to adhere to equivalent standards.

Thus, GOPA Infra is certified to ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health & safety management), with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 being the leading system. In October 2021, we successfully passed the re-certification for these two standards in addition to the re-certification for quality management.

With this integrated quality, occupational health & safety and environmental management system (QSHE), GOPA Infra will further improve the quality of its operations and processes while ensuring environmental sustainability and compliance with occupational health & safety standards.
